[vlc] GIR build on Mysys Autoconf problem

Hi

Have just extracted the vlc git version and loaded the following toolset

libtool 2.2.7a
automake 1.11
autoconf 2.63

When I run the bootstrap command:
PATH=/usr/win32/bin:$PATH ./bootstrap

I get the following error when configure re runs
configure.ax 1:  possible undefined macro dnl

I have no idea what could be wrong as I am not an expert in the 
pre-compile set up toolset.

Any ideas most welcome
