[vlc] An JPG error in VLC 1.1.7 ?

I am trying to pick up included JPG image in Photoshop Bridge and include
it in an email. See enclosure.

 

It directly gets the VLC cone before the filename and when I double click it
it starts the video 

sequence in 1/25 second. 

 

I have tried to OPEN WITH  Paint, Bridge and Internet Explorer 8 but it is
always VLC taking over.

 

Do you have a suggestion what to do?
