<DIV>On one client when I playback an MPEG1 I get good audio & video
quality.</DIV>

<DIV>On the other I get good video and poor audio (ie. scratchy). Windows Media
Player plays this file fine on both machines.</DIV>

<DIV>MPEG2 audio and video from a file source is also fine on both machines
with VLC.</DIV>
