<P><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">I am running vlc 0.5.1 client on two XP machines. </FONT>


<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">On one client when I playback an MPEG1 I get good audio & video quality. </FONT>


<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">On the other I get good video and poor audio (ie. scratchy). Windows Media Player plays this file fine on both machines. </FONT></P>


<P><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">MPEG2 audio and video from a file source is also fine on both machines with VLC. </FONT>


<BR><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Does anyone have an idea what the problem is? </FONT>
