If you look at the configure, it's asking for<br>
the path to v4l/v4l2 headers (I recommend v4l2).<br>
This can either be in the kernel or you can<br>
download the separate tree from bytesex.org<br>

Using the the vls-0.5.3.tar.gz and ./configure --with-v4l (see doc.

The config file which is used is the example of the doc (webcam / VLS).
