After you capture your stream with Ethereal, you will see the packets as
UDP packets.<br>
Right click on one of those packets and choose "Decode As" then
select RTP.<br>
Ethereal will parse the UDP packet as RTP and you will be able to browse
all the RTP fields of the packet.<br><br>
