have a little problem that I want to share with you if you don’t mind, simply we
have a huge video library on DVD’s and we want to share parts of it with a tv
station, the TV station use mpeg-2 servers that can accept only files encoded in
mpeg-2 transport stream(TS).</FONT></P>

your software VLC would be a great help for a us as it can transcode DVD
into<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>mpeg-2-TS format but the
problem is VLC always can’t complete the transcoding correctly, for example if
the file duration is 15 minutes only 1 minute or less is converted!.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>I don’t know why this happen, i am using
ver 8.1.</FONT></P>
