have a video encoder going in to a multiplexor which is streaming the content on
to the network. The muxltiplexor does nothing more than packetize the DVB
packets in to a UDP message which holds 7 DVB packets. Most of the time it plays

size=2>Every now and then I can't watch it. I keep getting the
