<DIV><FONT size=2>I had follow the steps of installing vlc in the document (VLC
Play-Howto), and install the GTK and QT.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>But the vlc is always in the console mode and I cannot play
video using windows GUI after the installing.</FONT></DIV>
