I try to use my VLC to watch streamed video clips.
They are streamed with WMV and WMA9, but VLC only plays the video (no sound).
People recommend me to install the WMA9 codec to VLC, but how do I do it? I can
not find such an installation procedure, even under settings. I don't understand
the "audio encoders and coders" menys. What are they for? I have un-crossed
Windows Media Player to be the default player for both WMV and WMA, but if I do
cross them, W Media Player plays both video and audio. Which means the codec
must be in my computer?
