    Is anonymous svn access still allowed ?<br>
    I suddenlly found my TortoiseSVN can't access the repository, the error message<br>
is "Can't connect to host '<a href="http://svn.videolan.org">svn.videolan.org</a>', because the target machine actively refused it".<br>

And i have tried another sipfoundry repository, it works, so is that the vlc anonymous<br>
access no longer exist?<br>
