Hey guys.... after 5629743659278 hours of trying to get mkvs to play on vlc, I finally got it (wo0t) but there was no sound =(<br>

When I open a video file (not just mkvs) i see "[00000221] v4l input error: cannot open device (No such file or directory)<br>
[00000221] v4l input error: cannot open audio device (No such file or directory)" in the terminal and get no sound.<br>

I tried setting the audio output module to ALSA and changed the device
name to /dev/dsp which got me sound, but if I stop the movie I get a
segmentation fault and vlc crashes... same thing if I change audio
streams while playing a mkv<br>

Pls help!<br>
