<br><br>So... I got the idea to download the binary from the MinGW site and put it in "/mingw/lib".<br><br>So I downloaded "libiconv-1.9.2-mingwPORT.tar.bz2" from the MinGW site.<br><br>Unfortunately, the "

libiconv-1.9.2-mingwPORT.tar.bz2" file does NOT contain the binary!!!!  (Even though it is suppose to.)  Guess someone forgot to put it in the package. :-( Guess I'll have compile from source. Should I be using a patched source?  Is there a special place I should get the source from?
