Hi,

I have been using VLC media player on Windows platform. Now I am trying to install the VLC media player on Linux platform. But when I try to install using the rpm package, it shows a list of failed dependencies. I installed some of those packages. But still it shows that some failed dependencies, that include some of the packages that I have already installed. How can I get VLC player installed on Linux? Is there any simple way to do this? Or is there any simple way to get all the dependent packages necessary for VLC player to work?

My linux is Fedora core 6 and I don't have internet connectivity to my system. Waiting for a reply?
