Hi all,<BR>I want to compile VLC player and to use Direct frame buffer as a video output, <U>cross-compiling </U>vlc fail with the falling error<BR><FONT face="Lucida Handwriting, Cursive" color=#0000ff><FONT face="Geneva, Arial, Sans-serif">/opt/mv_pro_4.0/montavista/pro/devkit/arm/v5t_le/bin/../lib/gcc/armv5tl-montavista-linuxeabi/3.4.3/../../../../armv5tl-montavista-linuxeabi/bin/ld: cannot find -ldirectfb</FONT></FONT><BR><FONT face="Lucida Handwriting, Cursive"><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>I already compiled DirectFB1.1.1 on the board</FONT></FONT><BR><FONT face="Lucida Handwriting, Cursive"><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>and used the following configuration option during configuring vlc</FONT></FONT><BR><FONT face="Geneva, Arial, Sans-serif" color=#0000ff>--enable-directfb --with-directfb=the source path of DirectFB according to the board filesystem</FONT><BR><FONT face="Lucida Handwriting, Cursive" color=#0000ff><FONT face="Geneva, Arial, Sans-serif" color=#000000>my plateform is DM6446</FONT><BR><FONT face=Verdana color=#444444>any help or any document to read will be greatly appreciated</FONT></FONT><BR><BR></DIV>
