Hobbyistsoftware designed to implement VLC Remote for iPhone in VLC Media Player 

I get an error-message saying that the file vlcrc is missing from Programdata 

folder in Documents. I wonder if this is a file used in an older VLC version? Or 

is it a file that I am supposed to have?</FONT></DIV>
