Hi,<br><br>I  am unable to upgrade to the latest version (1.0.1) of VLC from my previous version (1.0.0).   The sequence was as follows<br><br>"Check for Updates"  <br>Do you want to download it?   - yes<br>Browse For Folder  - F:\temp  (This is a writable directory for the user)<br>
Saving file failed   Failed to open "F:\temp\" for writing<br><br>I am able to create the folder "F:\temp\" and copy any file into it.  But VLC upgrader sees the above problem.<br>Could you give me an insight into this problem ?<br clear="all">
