I love VLC media player but when I updated from v0.99 to v1.01 something strange happened.<br>I use a SDK called Game Maker (yoyogames.com) to make computer games. As soon as I installed the new version of VLC, ANY! game maker related program crashes when trying to load an mp3 file. All it says is "An Unknown Error Occurred". I have tried everything I can think of and I am an IT technician! Even YoYo games support cant find out whats wrong! VLC maybe overwrote a driver or something. Only game maker stuff doesn't work, everything else seems fine. <br><br>When I try to play a file inside game maker it says something about not knowing what program to use to open the file. It's like it can't access VLC.<br><br>I Use Windows XP SP3 and game maker worked fine up to a few min after I updated VLC. Any suggestions would be appreciated.<br><br /><hr />Click less, mail more: Hotmail on the new <a href='http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9677402' target='_new'>MSN homepage!</a></body>
