A ten band eq should have following bands: <div>31,25Hz</div><div>62,5Hz </div><div>125Hz</div><div>250Hz</div><div>500Hz</div><div>1kHz</div><div>2kHz</div><div>4kHz</div><div>8kHz</div><div>16kHz</div><div>It's the octave bands that is the most used. </div><div>An alternative would be to make it possible to install a vst plugin in VLC.
