<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I am working on a project with World Health Organization to develop laboratory training videos (in DVD format) for the laboratories in the WHO Global Polio Laboratory Network. </FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">These training DVDs will be sent mostly to laboratories in developing countries (e.g. Congo, Angola, Nigeria, Zambia, etc) and we would like to include the VLC software on the DVDs together with the videos just in case the laboratory personnel in these countries do not have a suitable media software to support the viewing of the videos. The version of the VLC software that will be included on the DVDs is vlc-1.0.3-win32.exe</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">for Windows PCs. </FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I would like to find out if we need special permission to distribute this VLC software on the DVDs? There will be a total of 500 DVDs produced for WHO.</FONT></P>
