Hi,<div>I have installed VLC player in a netbook and when I informed the customer support about it. They asked me to UNINSTALL it!!!</div><div>Can I know if there is any truth to what they have said below? (the highlighted part)</div>

I would suggest you to uninstall VLC player from the unit as it Boost the audio output forcefully which in turn make the notebook speaker dead. If in service center it's found that the speaker has gone faulty because of amplified sound, it would be chargeable although the unit under warranty</span>.<br>
