stream out with UDP to VLC and somehow we can see the streaming but no video

<p class=MsoNormal>The camera is streaming but the VLC V1.1.4 Doesn’t
shows video; the camera stream is fine and the Manufacture only tested the VLC
V1.0.1. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>So we’re going to try to use the older version and see if we
can get the video; but aside from that can you think of any advice to get this integration
work?<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>For this case here we are talking about IP Camera with RTP
stream through UDP (no TCP!) and try to get the video multi-stream and get the
video with VLC.<o:p></o:p></p>
