eine Kopie des VIDEO_TS-Ordners auf der Festplatte erstellen und kopiere
diesen Ordner in einen Ordner mit dem Namen des Films. Zum Abspielen am PC
ziehe ich den VIDEO_TS-Ordner auf den VLC-Player und es erscheint das
Hauptmenü.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Enthält jedoch der Name des übergeordneten Ordners
ein Sonderzeichen der deutschen Sprache (ä, ö, ü, ß), erscheint eine
Fehlermeldung, das Menü erscheint nicht und er Player spielt sofort die erste
reguläre VOB-Datei ab (in der Regel VTS_01_1.VOB). Das Menu bleibt weiterhin
unzugänglich.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>D. h. der Player akzeptiert auf diesem Weg
keine Sonderzeichen im Ordner- bzw. Pfadnamen.</FONT></DIV>

directory on the hard disk. I then put the whole VIDEO_TS in a
directory with the name of the film. In order to play it, I drag the VIDEO_TS
onto VLC-player and the main menu appears.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>If, however, the name of the film contains
special German characters (ä, ö, ü, ß), an error message appears, the menu isn't
shown and the film starts immediately playing the first VOB
file (normally VTS_01_1.VOB). The menu can also not be accessed later
on.</FONT></DIV>
