<span style="font-family: verdana; ">I like to watch commercial DVDs in the optical drive of my laptop. When I move the laptop around, the DVD turns into a gyroscope and I end up scraping the disk. I'd like a way to tell VLC to cache as much as possible of the optical disk, then spin down the optical disk. Is this possible?</span><br style="font-family: verdana; " />
