Subject: [vlma] Error building from source code. Can't download snmp-1.3.jar.

Hi, Everyone!
I have a problem when trying build vlma from sources.

Maven is writing that it can't download snmp-1.3.jar. I've tried to do
it manually but still unsucesfull.

Here's part of log:

1) snmp:snmp:jar:1.3

  Try downloading the file manually from the project website.

    Then, install it using the command:
	      mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=snmp -DartifactId=snmp -Dversion=1.3 -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file

    Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file there:
    mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=snmp -DartifactId=snmp -Dversion=1.3 -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/to/file -Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]

    Path to dependency:
			        1) org.videolan.vlma:vlma-core:jar:0.3-SNAPSHOT
			        2) snmp:snmp:jar:1.3
