[x264-devel] about QP limits

Hi,all

   In many rate control algorithms, QP of current frame is confined to
within QP of previous frame minus 2 and
QP of previous frame plus 2.  But I haven't find it exists in x264 rate
control. Is it not important for x264
target application?
