Hi all , <br><br><br>Can any one plz tell me how to perform chroma interpolation in case of eigth pixel accuracy ( quarter pixel accuracy for Luma). In the standard it was given that the chroma interpolation was done by using bilinear interp[olation technique. u plz tellm me what does it mean. also plz tell me whether we should generate eight pixel values inbetween two chroma samples or not?............
