We too are working on the RC model.We have some material .I don't know
if that will be useful to you or not .We are facing problem to
understand X.264.If you have any guide or referral helpful in better
understanding ,we would be thankful<br>

am trying to understand how the rate control model(in analyse.c) works,
but I find it too diffcult if I just read resource code.I think there
may be some papers about the RC model. If somebody can provide some
