<div>Is it possible to keep skip macroblock in I slice only mode?</div>

<div>I am working on a video where 50% of macroblocks remain unchanged. I need a very faster way of encoding. I am keeping only I slice in my video because if I introduce P slice then motion compentation will take huge time. The skip macrobock option (Though it is applicable for only P and B slice) can reduce encoder&#39;s job dramatically. </div>
