&nbsp; My application uses FFmpeg x264 as a H264 encoder for encoding live
video stream.I found out my application costs different bandwidth
between debug version and relase version, although they use the same
FFmpeg library.The release version costs about 500kbps for VGA with
12fps, but the debug version costs 3Mbps.I 'm confused.My compiler is
VC9.<br>
&nbsp; Can anybody help me to avoid it?Thanks.<br>
