200 kbps at not deviate at all from that bitrate what settings would you
recommend if you want to stay as strict to the bitrate as possible without any deviation.<o:p></o:p></p>

can to make the stream stay at 200 without deviating from there. As right now I
get sometimes 400 on complex scenes, were I don’t mind some pixilation I’d
rather it stay constant at 200 kbps .<o:p></o:p></p>
