By using VLC player all that I tried tarballs works well, but when playing by
flash player (you may try it by free flowplayer, for example) using x264 tarballs
since 11/03 video have artifacts – falling off rectangles. I tested

<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>11/25 – Yes<o:p></o:p></span></p>
