This and the other intrapred primitives that I have submitted are a
little more that just sse4 backports, they<br>
also contain a few tweaks, primarily in stride indexing and filter
processing, that improved performance on my old system. I can
submit a patch that adds them to the sse4 intrapred primitives but
it would be untested. Would you be interested in them?<br>

Also, I haven't seen any response yet to the last patches that I
submitted for 10 bit intra pred dc4 and dc8. Are they ok or do they
need changes?<br>
