There was applied modified version of this patch that doesn't work
for 8-bit.<br>
Command line to reproduce problem for 8-bit x265:<br>
ffmpeg -i 720p50_parkrun_ter.y4m -v warning -strict -1 -pix_fmt
yuv420p16 -f yuv4mpegpipe - | x265 --y4m - --dither w.hevc<br>
