Would it be possible to add CMAKE_INSTALL_INCLUDEDIR to the find_path hints<br>
so that SVT_HEVC_INCLUDE_DIR isn't always necessary if SVT-HEVC and x265<br>

Also, would there be a way to mention SvtHevcEnc in the pkg-config file<br>
since when trying to link x265 with SVT-HEVC built to FFmpeg, FFmpeg will<br>
