[Android] Use gcc 4.7 with NDK r8d

Then let's experiment!

Using 4.6 is easy with a quick compile.sh edit, or sticking to ndkr8c
(like the buildbots do).

I'm curious to see if it improves performance, after all perhaps the
competition is using gcc 4.7
