[Android] [PATCH] Use MRLs and libvlc_media_new_location everywhere

hmmm, DB loading became way slower with the patch because of java URI usage.

method profiling reveals that file.toURI() usage eats 51% of the cpu while
loading DB. new URI() also cost a lot.

Any ideas ?
