[Android] SDK updated

Hello,

Just a quick mail to tell you that the new SDK 17 is out. Update it with
your android application in your tool folder.

Also, for the people like me who did not see it, the NDK r7b is out and
it seems to improve C++/ RTTI/exception compilation. Maybe we should
change a bit our code for that.
