[Android] thumbnails: wait until seek succeeded

On my phone:
This update makes it quite faster, in general, and fixes the thumbnails
in some rmvb.
However, for 2 thumbnails I have just black and for 2 other, just the
green warning. This seems like being the first frame, which is why
ivoire did the 10 frames initially, IIRC. This is a bit annoying, since
those are a mp4, 2 mkv, and one rmvb
