[Android] State of VLC Android as of 0.0.6

Hello,

After distilling the comments from Google Play about our latest release 
0.0.6, it seems that most people are reasonable satisfied with VLC 
Android. However, the biggest and most numerous complaints are as follows:

- Video playback of 720p and above is still choppy
- Audio synchronization issues and "white noise"
- Changing the encoding for subtitles -

But overall, we seem to be improving.
