[Android] New OpenGL ES 2.0 vout for the Android port

Hello all,


Here are an updated version of the patches with the remarks taken into 
account.
I also added a new patch that makes the Android vouts wait for the Java 
surface to be attached. This patch should fix the crash reported by etix 
but you may want to discuss it.
