That is a valid point I suppose. I can understand that it must have
been a surprise to have VLC ask for new permissions out of the blue :P

Regarding the documentation, I have no objections to documenting it,
but I see that we do not have the permissions documented anywhere
except on the store, but we can't update that yet since we haven't
released 0.9.4 yet.
