[Android] l10n: French update

Many translations are looking wrong IMO. For instance for HW
acceleration, some translations were made 1 month ago on Transifex but
I've manually edited the XML file more recently. My changes do not
appear in the Transifex
history so my changes were simply overwritten by this patch.
Apparently the correct workflow is to use transifex so we should not
modify the xml file manually.
