[Android] [PATCH 3/3] gradle build system

It is useful get this gradle wrapper, this way, we don't need to get the
right version of gradle on our system.
So this jar is necessary, otherwise, it would be a mess.

I kept the .bat version in case some contributors would run on Windows...
