[Android] how vlc(2.1.4) support android 2.3.x?

hi,
I am developping an simple player, which runs on android 2.3.x, but I found  that to compile vlc(2.1.4) requires ndk9,  libvlcjni.so generated can not be loaded by android 2.3.x,how can fix the question?thanks, all
