[Android] [PATCH] Video : Always pause video if activity has stopped

Yosh,

After a discussion with Magsoft, I have re-submitted the first version of
"Always Pause Video" patch, with the MediaPlayerPlaying Event method. But
the audio glitch is still an issue.

I submitted others patches on other subject (useless logs, #11786 and audio
glitch)
