[Android] Android TV branch

Hello guys,

I'm starting to look at Android TV SDK, and it needs big changes like new
libs and target only Android L in manifest.

So I'd like to work on a branch, just for the time this development is not
merged on master.

I'll push a 'android-tv' branch with a first UI implementation, then plug
it to VLC contents.

Any question/advice/recommendation?
