VLC for Android 1.3.0

This is a release adding a few features and fixing numerous bugs.
It notably adds background playback for video, a new search look, support for scrobbling,
and an improved audio dialog.
It also fixes numerous issues, notably for Android 4.1 and people who could not
browse external SD cards, and many crashes
