[Android] How to add a image as logo over a movie i play in android?

Hi all , is about 1 month since i tryed first to get some help on how to do
this in android .If you still see this message it means off course I cound
get not help.VLc has a lot of developers I still think somebody must know
the answer ,but they did not saw my mails or smth.
After all , does somebody knwos how to add a logo in vlc over a movie?
