VLC for Android 1.1.0

This major release is rewriting a large part of the VLC Android application.

It comes with a new Audio output, new Video outputs, hardware acceleration,
a new UI for Lollipop, following the Material design standard, better support
for large number of formats.

It also comes with a port to Android TV, and ships with a completely new buildsystem.
